Enabling workplace transformation with advanced space management and booking
A Fortune 500 professional services firm with 400,000 employees across 700 global offices needed to transform how their distributed workforce managed physical space. We designed an end-to-end digital workplace platform, covering space booking, hybrid collaboration, and real-time utilization insights.
My role
Sole designer on the product for one year.
I was the product designer responsible for the full experience design track, from discovery workshops and concept validation through to final UI and developer handoff. Working within a cross-functional team of engineers, business analysts, and client stakeholders, I owned the design of every user-facing surface: booking flows, space availability views, mobile and web interfaces, and the smart booking assistant.
